Typical Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide analysis on the key input/outputs for weekly, monthly & quarterly management reporting for MS business units, including plant manufacturing variances & inventory
- Prepare key inputs to Financial BOP, Forecasts &
- Outlooks and highlight any variances
- Develop & enhance existing financial planning models to ensure accurate and timely information for MS Planning & Forecast Analysis
- Maintain margin analysis and cost allocation reporting process.
- Prepare and Analyse New Product manufacturing costs proposals / margins with the New Products team.
- Support manufacturing with process control and measurement analysis to optimize product costs
- Monitor and report on CAPEX spend for MS, liaising with relevant business stakeholders
- Provide input into the day-to-day management of Inventory costing and control processes
- Participate as part of a team to deliver business related projects as required
- Drive Business performance and product margin improvement in conjunction with other functions while fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Undertake deep-dive analysis for MS Lead team as required
- Full support given to successfully meet both internal and external Audit requirements.
Typical knowledge, skills and experience required to be proficient in the role
- Minimum Degree equivalent or Professional Financial qualification ACCA, CIMA, ACA
- 3-5 years relevant experience in similar type role in a high volume, target driven manufacturing organization
- Proven experience working in a cross functional environment
- Strong business and commercial skills (financial and technical)
- Demonstrated experience of delivering/contributing to business related projects or improvements
- Track record of deadline management & delivering on commitments
