Drylining

Be more efficient with your time and deliver greater value to your customers.

When it comes to drylining, both the structural integrity of the partition wall and providing a level surface are of equal importance, but making sure walls are robust enough to allow secure anchorage of heavy fixtures can be time-consuming.

If your plasterboard partition makes use of metal stud, providing a pattress to hold radiators, shelves, handrails or other fixtures doesn’t have to be as tedious a task as it might first appear.

Give heavy-weight bearing powers to your partition walls super-fast with our clever oriented strand board (OSB) solution – SMARTPLY PATTRESS PLUS.

What is PATTRESS PLUS?

SMARTPLY PATTRESS PLUS is the pre-rebated, pre-cut OSB3 board that saves a dryliner time and money when installing pattressing within a partition system.

It is designed to fit within 'C' shaped metal studs within a partition system and it is tested to the relevant sections of BS5234 Part 2 demonstrating high pull-out strength.

PATTRESS PLUS is an engineered OSB3 panel, which makes it the perfect structural board when something heavy needs to be fixed to the wall and its continuous recess on one side means it will not add extra thickness to the wall in that area.
