We are delighted to announce the appointment of Max Bishop as Specification Manager for London & the South. Max’s exciting appointment to this role is the next phase in our continued strategy to further develop within the specification sector, building on our growing success of developing industry led innovative timber panel products.
A key part of Max’s role as Specification Manager is to introduce architects, consultants and specifiers to MEDITE SMARTPLY's range of ‘Speciality & Technical’ products – as well as advise on the most suitable and compliant products for a project.
This is an incredibly exciting time for MEDITE SMARTPLY following on from numerous successful new product introductions as well as recent announcement of further, substantial investment into our SMARTPLY mill. This newly created role will enable us to support and influence the sustainable design of future buildings and offering value to our customers and partners.
Max joined MEDITE SMARTPLY in 2017 as part of our Graduate Development Programme, as part of which he not only developed an in-depth technical knowledge of our products but of the wider construction industry as well. In his previous role as our Graduate Technical Sales Manager South, he was responsible for working with our customers, partners and specifiers on successfully developing the regions sales & customer base, securing a number of key projects in the South as a result.

Over the coming months he will be establishing contact with our key partners as well as with his own contacts which he developed during his time as a TSM. In addition, Max will oversee our RIBA CPD presentation delivery and development of key future CPD content.
